Timothy currently serves as ALCSI's Executive Director. Timothy graduated from Vanderbilt University.

Sarah serves as a National Director and the Intercollegiate Director for Central region chapters, including Texas, Puerto Rico, Pennsylvania, and Colorado. She recently graduated with her Bachelor's of Science in Biology from the University of Washington, where she serves as the president of the ALCSI chapter.

Miah leads ALCSI’s high school chapter expansion initiative. She is a third-year public health student at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she also serves as Co-President of the UCLA ALCSI chapter. Miah has been involved in public health advocacy for the past seven years and is passionate about preventive medicine, health policy, and increasing screening rates especially in historically underserved communities. At the national level, she is advocating for lung cancer screening awareness legislation in Massachusetts and California and is spearheading the formal expansion of ALCSI into high schools.

Ethan serves as a National Director and Intercollegiate Director for South region chapters. He earned his B.S. in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology from UCLA, and served as president of the UCLA chapter.

Aujin serves as a National Director of ALCSI, leading the College Expansion Initiative, and as an Intercollegiate Director overseeing chapters across the country. He graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2026 with a B.S. in Neuroscience and Cognitive Studies. Aujin currently works at Nations Ministry Center, a Nashville nonprofit supporting refugee and immigrant children through education and mentorship.

Sania serves as a National Director and the Intercollegiate Director for international chapters. She is a junior at the University of California, Berkeley, where she is completing a major in Molecular and Cell Biology (with an emphasis in Medical Biology and Physiology), and a minor in journalism. Sania has been involved with ALCSI since Fall 2022, when she first joined the UC Berkeley chapter, which she has now been president of for one year. Nationally, she has helped lead the publications committee, international initiatives, and newsletter committees.

Mahreen serves as a National Director and the Intercollegiate Director for South region chapters. Mahreen currently serves as the president of Georgia Tech's ALCSI chapter.

Zack serves as both the Vice President of the Plus One Campaign and ALCSI's Director of Finance. Zack attended Brigham Young University and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science.

Quiana serves as a National Director of ALCSI, overseeing ALCSI Summit planning. She is also a Clinical Research Coordinator in the Yang Lab overseeing the Wearables and INSPIRE studies. Quiana is a recent graduate from Wellesley College, earning a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Chemistry and Minor in Economics.

Diya serves as a National Director and the Intercollegiate Director of Central region chapters. She recently graduated from UCLA as part of the Class of 2025 with a B.S. in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology. Diya is the founder of the UCLA ALCSI chapter, where she served as the president for the past three years and has been involved in national initiatives. Through her leadership and involvement in ALCSI, she has developed a strong passion for cancer prevention and early detection measures. During her gap-year, Diya will be working on the National Liver Cancer Screening Trial at UT Southwestern.

Alisha is a National Director and the Intercollegiate Director for Northeastern region chapters. She is a sophomore studying Biology, Health, and Society at the University of Michigan. Alisha first joined ALCSI in high school and has served as the co-founder and current co-president of the University of Michigan ALCSI chapter for the past 3 years. At U-M, Alisha has led initiatives including Lung Cancer Screening Day, events with the U-M Football Team, and more! Nationally, Alisha co-leads the ALCSI Newsletter Team and ALCSI Innovation Challenge, and she manages the ALCSI social media/website. Finally, Alisha has helped to develop the first annual ALCSI Lung Cancer Innovation Challenge, an international competition for middle and high school students.

Alina is a National Director and the Intercollegiate Director of the Eastern region chapters. She is a junior at the University of Michigan majoring in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience. She is the co-founder and president of the U-M ALCSI chapter, where she has led efforts to connect community members around the state of Michigan with screening centers. Alina also co-leads the newsletter, competition, and social media initiatives on the National ALCSI team. Additionally, Alina leads the ALCSI Innovation Challenge.

Mohammad leads ALCSI’s high school chapter expansion initiative. He is also the Executive Director of the Global Early Detection Initiative (GEDI) and is also a Clinical Research Coordinator in the Yang Lab overseeing the Wearables Study. He is a recent graduate from California State University, Fullerton, earning a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Business Economics

Gianna serves as the Intercollegiate Director of the West region chapters. Gianna is graduating from UCLA this year.

Sam serves as a National Director of ALCSI, overseeing International Expansion and Intercollegiate Chapters in the DMV metro area. He is a rising Senior at the George Washington University.

Tyler serves as an Intercollegiate Director for ALCSI and is a co-president of the University of Chicago ALCSI chapter. Tyler is a current undergraduate student at the University of Chicago studying biological sciences and mathematics, with special interests in cancer biology, translational science, and public policy.

Isaac serves as a National Director and the Intercollegiate Director for Midwestern region chapters. He is a sophomore at Brigham Young University studying Public Health Science and Economics, and joined ALCSI back in 2022. Additionally, he is currently leading the digital transformation of ALCSI’s central operations.

Aarav serves as the Program Director for ALCSI. Aarav is a student at Lowndes High School in Valdosta, Georgia. His work focuses on improving the efficiency of ALCSI's operations through technology. He is particularly passionate about lung cancer screening advocacy and advancing policies that address healthcare disparities in rural and medically underserved communities. Through ALCSI, he contributes to legislative outreach, public health initiatives, and efforts to expand access to early lung cancer detection.
