Ride Hard Breathe Easy

ALCSI’s collaboration with Ride Hard Breathe Easy supports lung cancer patients and caregivers through cycling, awareness, and community fundraising.

Pedal With Purpose

On April 25–26, 2026, ALCSI students joined Ride Hard Breathe Easy (RHBE) on indoor and outdoor bikes. RHBE works to ease the suffering of lung cancer patients and caregivers through awareness, early detection, patient assistance, and reducing stigma.

The Ride Hard Challenge invites people to ride “Any Bike, Any Distance, Anywhere.” Funds raised through RHBE help patients and caregivers with needs such as transportation to appointments, utility bills, and food.
