White Ribbon Relay

Passing the ribbon from chapter to chapter, community to community, building a chain of awareness that spans the nation.

Five ribbons, one shared mission

The White Ribbon Relay is an act of solidarity with the lung cancer community. During the 2023โ€“24 relay, five white ribbons traveled from different starting points to 51 ALCSI chapters and other sites across 27 states.

The relay recognizes Lung Cancer Awareness Month and the work of The White Ribbon Project, founded by Pierre and Heidi Onda. White ribbons represent unity and love within the lung cancer community, connecting chapters, advocates, and partner organizations.
