Website information

ALCSI provides screening information for education. It does not diagnose a condition, determine whether a particular person should be screened, or replace a conversation with a healthcare professional. Recommendations and coverage rules can change; ask a clinician and your insurer about your own circumstances.

Outside services

Some links take you to services or websites operated by other organizations. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them. ALCSI is not responsible for the content or availability of an outside service.

Text messages

ALCSI sends texts only to people who opt in. Messages may include screening information, reminders, event updates, educational resources, or follow-up about an ALCSI activity. Frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for assistance. You may receive one final confirmation after opting out. Stopping texts does not stop email or other communications you requested separately. ALCSI does not share text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
