The American Lung Cancer Screening Initiative, in partnership with First Ladies Health Initiative, will be hosting the second-ever official Stronger Together Community Health Fair in Chicago, IL! This health fair will take place in the form of a Maternal Mortality Health Panel and Health resource fair, which aims to bring together medical professionals, first ladies, community partners as well as provide attendees with direct access to experts (including interactive Q&A sessions).   Specifically, this event, with 26+ vendors, includes a panel which will spotlight disparities in maternal health hair, the importance of home blood pressure monitoring, and the power of peer support during the postpartum period.
