Saint Louis, Missouri: Lambert International Airport

Airport Initiative

Campaign Objective

The Airport Lung Screening Campaign brings life-saving information about lung cancer screening directly into airports. In September 2025, ALCSI launched the Airport Lung Screening Campaign at St. Louis Lambert International Airport. With more than 20 million travelers passing through annually, STL provides a powerful platform to reach people where they are. Messages displayed across baggage claim and ticketing levels connect travelers to ALCSI resources, including our hotline and website. These displays are seen through both terminals. This effort marks the first step in expanding the campaign to airports nationwide.

Bus Shelter and Billboards Initiative

Campaign Objective

At ALCSI, we believe awareness should meet people where they are: in their daily lives, on their morning commutes, and across their cities. Our Billboards and Bus Shelters campaigns bring powerful public health messages directly to the streets, turning everyday spaces into catalysts for change. These large-scale visuals are designed to spark curiosity, start conversations, and save lives. From highways to local neighborhoods, each display delivers bold, research-backed messaging on lung cancer screening, prevention, and early detection, reaching thousands of people each day. By transforming public spaces into platforms for impact, we aim to educate, empower, and encourage communities to take action for their health. Because awareness isn’t just online, it’s everywhere.

Breakdown By the Numbers

As of today, we have amassed a total of 85M+ impressions and 62K+ plays on our billboards and bus shelters. These campaigns have been in Atlanta, Las Vegas, Charlotte, Northwest Arkansas, and Proctor, Minnesota. By next year, we are projecting this campaign to reach every state in the United States.
